What is a seasonal pitch?

A seasonal pitch is a pitch on one of our campsites which is rented out on a long term basis, for up to 7 months at a time. Pitches offered will be on either hard or grass surfaces depending on the campsite, and all have a bollard at the pitch to hook-up to your electric.
What are the minimum and maximum number of nights I can book for?

When you make a booking for a seasonal pitch, you are purchasing the whole period stipulated. Unfortunately we can't take part-duration bookings but we can take bookings for a pitch that becomes available after the start date of the seasonal pitch period. The fee will be prorated accordingly. The booking terms and conditions accompanying the booking form provide full details.
How long can I stay on a campsite?

The maximum time guests are allowed to stay on a campsite varies depending on each campsite and is usually either 21 or 28 consecutive nights, with a 2 night gap before guests can return to the same campsite. However, there are a few campsites where guests may be asked to vacate for longer periods in between stays. Please ask individual campsites for clarification. If you don’t comply with this condition we may terminate the Seasonal or Base Pitch.'

*Based on an indicative price per night when booking a seasonal pitch at Balbirnie Park Club Campsite from 18 August to 4 November 2024.

**From 12pm midday, four days prior to the start date of the seasonal pitch hire period, you can call the site directly and select your preferred pitch number. We will let you know the pitch numbers reserved for seasonal bookings. Please note that we will not be accepting pitch reservations if left on an answer phone message.

† Except for Edinburgh, Exebridge, Melrose & Ramslade Club Campsites where you can only stay a maximum of 21 days.

†† At all UK Club campsites: Under 5’s and dogs stay FREE. Awnings are included at no extra cost when staying on an appropriate pitch type. FREE electric hook-up when staying on an appropriate pitch type (excludes Wyatts Covert Club Campsite and Non-electric Economy pitches, and Dornafield Club Campsite on seasonal pitches). Hot showers are FREE on appropriate campsites with shower facilities. FREE Wi-Fi service available at 146 UK Club campsites.
